WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we are only operating in the United Kingdom. Please sign up to our mailing list to be informed when shipping is available elsewhere.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit/debit card payment and PayPal payments.

I WANT RELEASE DAY POSTAGE - SHOULD I CHOOSE 1ST CLASS OR 2ND?

MY ORDER WAS OVER £500, WHY IS MY POSTAGE £8.99?

When orders are for a high amount, we prefer to send this special delivery so they are covered for our protection, and for yours. Special however costs us £15+ (depending on weight, sometimes can be £20+!) So the £8.99 helps us cover the postage without it taking the entirety of our profit, and your item will be fully insured if it was to be lost/damaged.

Refunds will be given for any items returned to us in the same condition they were sent out. Single cards are protected in the sleeves with a tape that must not be broken if you are intending to return, this is to prevent any foul play. Return postage must be paid for by the customer and our P&P charges will not be refunded.

Cancelation Policy:

If you would like to cancel an order use the contact form or email  sarahsshinies@gmail.com with your order number and we will cancel this for you. If your items have been dispatched already then you may simply return your item in accordance to our Returns Policy.

We try to aim to deliver for new releases with either choice! Second class is sent as tracked 48, and first is sent as 24 tracked. If a release is on a friday, we usually aim to have 48's sent out on the wednesday, with 24's/specials going the next day. But unfortunately, unseen delays can happen with the postal service, so we can't guarantee it will reach you for release. But we try! :)
