SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Standard Shipping:

Orders between £0-£50 are £2.99 shipping.

Orders between £50-£180 are free.

Orders between £180-£320 are £5.99

Orders above £320 are £8.99.

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail as standard, anything over £320 is sent special delivery.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. 

Sarah's Shinies can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer by a delayed/lost/misrouted order. 

First Class Shipping:

Orders between £0-£50 are £4.20 shipping.

Orders between £50-£180 are £5.99.

Orders between £180-£320 are £7.99

Orders above £320 are £12.99.

-If you are ordering other items that are not preorder please bare in mind we only post an order once all items are ready for dispatch so please place a seperate order for pre order items.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or amend an order please contact us at sarahsshinies@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will be more than happy to cancel your order for you.

Refunds & Exchanges

Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

Single cards are protected in the sleeves with a tape that must not be broken if you are intending to return, this is to prevent any foul play.

To return your product, please email sarahsshinies@gmail.com with your order number and reasons. (you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.)

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your refund to appear back in your account.
